Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
Gift Vouchers for Experiences: All Gift Vouchers that are purchased from the Barn Owl Centre through the web site & direct from us will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Once the voucher is in your pocession we cannot refund or replace any Gift Vouchers if you lose them or if they are stolen. Please treat your Gift Voucher like cash & not like a receipt.
On the date of your activity please make sure you bring the voucher with you, your experience is based on the voucher being handed in at reception on the entry time of your booking date.

Delivery Schedule: We normally dispatch a shop order within a few days of receipt, for unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control we will do our best not exceed a 14 day working period.
International Orders: Please call us first before placing a shop order, the postage we charge on our webiste is based on UK addresses only, for non UK addresses please call us so we can get a price on postage, once excepted we can then take your order over the telephone.
Gid Aid: If you are a UK tax payer, we as a charity can reclaim 28p in the pound in tax back from the UK Government, a Gift Aid Declaration must be signed & returned back to us. This form is normally sent out to the purchaser with a receipt of purchase.
