Welcome to the launch of our new ECO friendly Hedgehog House.

The Barn Owl Centre are very pleased to be able to launch of our 'NEW' designed ECO Hedgehog House. This is a simple design that is more about providing Hedgehogs with a home that will last for years & years!! Also it's great for our charity to offer it's skills & workshop facilities to support other wildlife such as Hedgehogs with much needed housing.

The huge benefit we find with this Hedgehog House is its light, well structured using high quality & durable recycled plastic that as a textured surface & not smoth. There is no timber, nails or screws, which means there is nothing to cause any issues in the long term. Most important, it will never rot!!

Designed & constructed by our experienced conservation team, we feel we have produced the perfect Hedgehog House that will give Hedgehogs the perfect home!

The size of the Hedgehog House is approx 20"x20"x10", internally we've provided a safety corridor that will help to deter predators, the corridor leads the Hedgehog to a cosy & spacious sleeping compartment for hibernation or to raise a family.

Please remember, their is no timber used, it's made purely from a wildlife friendly 9mm durable material that has been recycled & its so positive that recycled plastic can be used in a sensible way to actually support wildlife!
