When joining us to fly birds you will know that all proceeds are to support our registered charity, every penny we generate from our flying activities goes to the birds & this includes a share to support those in the wild too. All our activity experiences provide more than just flying a bird to a gloved hand. Join us, you will not be disappointed.

We have small number of special actiivities that provide a great experience for all that join us, we cater for all ages with all activities operating by booking only & seperate from the Visiting Centre. For that special hands-on approach click on one of the below experiences or visit our web shop area for further details & for Gift Vouchers. For group bookings & birthday parties, give us a call on 01452 383999 so we can book you in.

Here are a selection of experiences.
Bookings can be made with or without gift vouchers

1. Owl Flying Experiences  This is a pre-booked 1.5 hour hands on flying experience for particicpants, Adult spectators or family members are welcome on the experience at an extra cost of £7 per person.
2. Hawk & Owl Experience  This is a pre-booked 2 hour hands on flying experience for particicpants, Spectators or family members are welcome on the experience at an extra cost of £10 per person.
3: A Day as a Bird Handler This is pre-booked only where the particpant joins our team of bird handlers for a day with the birds, no spectators.
4: Birthday Parties This is a pre-booked flying activity that is great for children aged from 4yrs upwards.
5. Photography Days Pre-booked Only - This is 5 hours of pure Photography, Spectators are welcome to this experience at a reduced cost.

SPECTATORS & FLYING EXPERIENCES
Our Bird of Prey Flying handling experiences are for participants only, spectators are welcome to join the participant(s) at an extra cost per person; please see above. This allows us to keep families together in an area where the activity takes place. Our Hawk & Owl Experience is not suitable for children under 4.

When the participant books their experience date, please let us know prior to the experience date how many spectators will be coming along.

Payment for the spectator(s) can be made when the booking is made or on entry on the day of the experience. There are no vouchers for spectotors.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY ON PRE-BOOKED FLYING EXPERIENCES
Please bring along the camera so you can capture the flying experience you are to encounter, our bird staff can also take photos for you if requested.
